Terms & Conditions
By entering into a service contract you are accepting the following terms and conditions;
- The BrashVault service is charged on the basis of time, not data utilisation.
- You can upgrade your subscription at any time during the contract term.
- When changing to a higher value service you can;
- Extend your contract length with a new contract from that date, and we’ll credit you the pro-rated dollar amount for the months remaining on your account, or
- Remain with the existing contract length (and end-date) and we’ll just charge you the pro-rated difference.
- Downgrading your service can only be done once within the term of the contract.
- We will not downgrade the service if there are less than 30 days remaining in the contract.
- We will refund the difference in cost, minus $50 to cover our costs in provisioning and administering the changes.
- If the remaining pro-rated service cost is less than $50, there will be no additional fees or charges.
- You can cancel your service at any time by contacting us.
- We’ll need to confirm some details before we can act on cancelling your service.
- You will not receive a refund if there are less than 30 days remaining in the contract.
- We will not provide refunds over $100.
- We will not provide refunds under $50.
- Any changes to the service will take approximately 1 standard business day (Monday to Friday).
- You can use the BrashVault service to store just about anything you want, but not anything that’s illegal, or that might harm or diminish our services and/or equipment, or the services and/or equipment of others.
- You cannot use the BrashVault service to harass, intimidate, discriminate, or in any way cause harm or limit anyone’s legal rights, property, or person.
- If you are found in breach of this service agreement, your service access and storage can be terminated without notice, and you will not be refunded for any unused time.
