Terms & Conditions

By entering into a service contract you are accepting the following terms and conditions;

  1. The BrashVault service is charged on the basis of time, not data utilisation.
  2. You can upgrade your subscription at any time during the contract term.
  3. When changing to a higher value service you can;
    1. Extend your contract length with a new contract from that date, and we’ll credit you the pro-rated dollar amount for the months remaining on your account, or
    2. Remain with the existing contract length (and end-date) and we’ll just charge you the pro-rated difference.
  4. Downgrading your service can only be done once within the term of the contract.
    1. We will not downgrade the service if there are less than 30 days remaining in the contract.
    2. We will refund the difference in cost, minus $50 to cover our costs in provisioning and administering the changes. 
    3. If the remaining pro-rated service cost is less than $50, there will be no additional fees or charges.
  5. You can cancel your service at any time by contacting us.
    1. We’ll need to confirm some details before we can act on cancelling your service.
    2. You will not receive a refund if there are less than 30 days remaining in the contract.
    3. We will not provide refunds over $100.
    4. We will not provide refunds under $50.
  6. Any changes to the service will take approximately 1 standard business day (Monday to Friday).
  7. You can use the BrashVault service to store just about anything you want, but not anything that’s illegal, or that might harm or diminish our services and/or equipment, or the services and/or equipment of others.
  8. You cannot use the BrashVault service to harass, intimidate, discriminate, or in any way cause harm or limit anyone’s legal rights, property, or person.
  9. If you are found in breach of this service agreement, your service access and storage can be terminated without notice, and you will not be refunded for any unused time.
