We Receive You Cassettes
Once we receive your cassettes we will catalogue each of them against your account. We take note of the external condition of the cassettes and any information that has been written on them.
We Email You To Confirm The Jobs
We email you an estimate for the jobs, confirm your options, and ask you to agree to the terms and conditions.
We Queue Your Jobs
We have multiple machines to get the job done, but there are only so many machines we can fit in our workshop. We work on a first-come, first-served basis.
Confirm Digitisation Complete
We’ll advise you when your jobs are complete. If there have been any complications (e.g. blank tapes, deterioration), this is when we’ll be able to tell you and make any adjustments.
Additional Work
If you have selected to have additional work performed on the videos (e.g. writing to a DVD) this will now be done.
30 Day BrashVault Backup
We will upload your videos to our BrashVault service for 30 days. This will allow you to access and download them to your computer or phone, as well as provide us with an opportunity to re-deliver your videos incase any physical media gets lost or damaged.
Delivery
If you have selected to have physical media delivered (e.g. USB, DVD). or if you have selected to have your cassettes returned, we will now package and send them for delivery.
